A Tesco is special, she's more than a friend.
Whenever you need her, she'll give you a hand.
She'll lead you and guide you in all that you do.
Try all that she can just to see you get through.
Good times and bad times, she's there for it all.
Say head up, be proud, and always stand tall.
She'll love you through quarrels and even big fights,
or heart to heart chats on cold lonely nights.
My Tesco’s the greatest that I've ever known,
I think God made my Tesco like He'd make his own.
A praiser, a helper, an encourager too,
nothing in this world that she wouldn't do.
To help us succeed she does all that she can,
raised a young troutess now into a trout-man.
I want to say thank you for all that you do,
please always know Tesco, that I love you.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

Apologies in advance as I'm new to the world of glitches and vouchers ... but what does JTD mean?
Just The Difference, used to be double(DTD) with Price Match with Asda but we were getting almost all our shopping for free everyday and mr T didn't like it... Now if you want something at Asda's price you can still buy it in T(but don't mix it with cheaper stuff) and get the difference back in form of a voucher...0 -

Oldie but a goldie
:
And now, the end is near,
And so I face the final coupon.
My friends, I'll say it clear;
I'll state this promo got poop on.
I've DTD'd a life that's full -
I've travelled each and every highway.
And more, much more than this,
I DTD'd it my way.
Regrets? I've had a few,
But then again, too few trouts to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw shops through without exemption.
I planned each charted course -
Each careful step along the byway,
And more, much more than this,
I DTD'd it my way.
Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew,
When I bit off more than I could chew,
But through it all, when there was doubt,
I ate it up and till spit it out.
I faced it all and I stood tall
And DTD'd it my way.
I've loved, I've laughed and cried,
I've had my fill of magnums, beef, enigmas - my share of lamb.
But now, as tears subside,
I find it all so amusing.
To think I did all that,
And may I say, not in a shy way -
Oh no. Oh no, not me.
I DTD'd it my way.
For what is a man? What has he got?
If not his Spreadsheet - Then he has naught.
To say the things he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels.
The record shows I took Tesco for the cheats they are
And DTD'd it my way.
Yes, I DTD'd it my way.0 -
