Think I might need that. I'm sure a security guard was folowing me today, so what did I do, asked him to get the £5 kettle down off the top shelf for me;) I have really grown a thick skin with all these glitches, got to go back tonight and collect something, hope he's gone off duty!

Guys can someone help me out here? i managed to find one of the braun epil's went to take it out today and it's lying loose in the box with no hygiene wrapper and powercord has been opened and was in a tangled mess, starting to look like it's ben previously bought then returned and to be honest i'm disgusted at the thought of it being "used" where do i stand with this if they refuse return because it's open (obviously not by me though) as it's personal hygiene?
