Looks like they're better at sending money out than collecting it. We went nearly a year before they managed to generate a bill for us to pay them!

Scottish Power has just paid in 15 days again, seems to be their new norm. I can live with that.

    We're with Scottish power too.

Submitted readings shortly after sunset on 30th June; paid today (24 days).

Funnily enough, 15 days used to be their 'old norm' a couple of years ago.

Agreed, then it drifted out into the 20s but, for me, for the last two quarters, it has gone back to 15 again.

I logged my readings with SSE on May 1st Still waiting!!!

Last quarter it took exactly 8 weeks for the money to arrive:

    Geoff

Yeah they seem to have really slowed up since they sent out a letter saying they would pay within 28 days. Last payment took 2 months plus and still waiting for my last reading to be paid (now a month nearly).

1 week this time from EDF - not going to complain ( I can remember waiting 6 weeks + for my first couple of payments ! ).
Keep up the good work EDF.
    Cheers ....Nobby.
