Whats your question about the HP? the correct answer will point you in the right direction? CCCS are quite reputable for debt advice, i dont know much about payplan or grant thornton

the car situation is : we have a car on HP with just under 4 years remaining paying £201 a month, the car is vital as without there will be no income, its also a very reliable car and we got it at a bargain.

We can afford £200 to go towards the IVA so what PP are saying is that the creditors may force us to downsize the car so we can give them more money but we cant sell as its a HP car, we have no savings for a new one and we wouldnt get accepted for a new HP

GT say that the car will be fine and not to worry.

You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"
