i'm sure one day, that someone will write a PhD on you two

it would be fascinating to study how your greed and small minded bigotry had shaped your life so much that you spent hour upon hour, scouring mutiple internet forums trying to talk up the housing market

i can't work out whether to be fascinated by you, or to just feel very, very sorry for you

i certainly feel sorry for anyone who knows you....
although, i doubt you have any friends with your attitudes and perspectives.....in fact, i suspect you are both very lonely

You've picked up the feel of this forum very quickly for a Newbie. I don't think you should be criticising others when you don't even have the courage to post in your forum name. ;)

House prices surge 68%......... in a decade lol. I'd hazard a guess they 'surged' to that by 2007, since then they've 'surged' f.u.c.k all since then ...... Tee her.

If you don't count that you've paid off 4 more years of your mortgage and that mortgage rates are at an all time low whilst rents are at an all time high.

Although the other website is full of comments like "Yeah, say what they like, nobody buys the Express etc" only 2,200 people have viewed the topic on the HPC website since it was posted last night.

I look forward to seeing the Gurkhas running amok in UK when they realise its not as nice as Nepal (now they do know how to fight).

You wouldn't want to be a Special Constable in Aldershot on those nights.
