Hi All
my Vodaphone contract for my HTC Desire ends in a months time - i also have my husbands phone under my contract. I contacted Vodafone about an upgrade (am interested in the HTC Sensation) and was offered the HTC Sensation for £36/month 600mins 500mb unlimited texts and i would have to pay £70 ish (cant remember exact price) for the phone. This is a worse offer than if i was a new customer! I told the girl that 3 mobile were able to offer the same phone for £27 admittedly with 500mins but u got 1GB of internet and she said that was the best she could do and that 3 mobile bill differently than Vodafone - not very helpful
Anyone know any good deals around for the Sensation - need around 400 mins.
Thanks

It is common knowledge thar the discounts for NEW customers are better than for existing, and has been so for over 20 years. You need to be a genuine new customer to make the best of any discounts available.0

Simple. Find a better deal. Then ring and ask for your PAC. Then wait for a call from retentions.0

I would be turning cartwheels if my Vodafone contract had ended. I certainly would not be re-signing with them though.0

I've been with vodafone for 12 yrs or more, never had any problems with them. Upgrades have always been what I've requested, any other problem sorted by CS.
I have Galaxy s 2 on excellent tariff before anyone asks, didn't have to haggle, never had to once.if i had known then what i know now0
