Found this on ebay:
Open and unresolved buyer protection cases impact your seller standard status. If too many cases are opened against you or you have too many transactions with low detailed seller ratings, you could fall below standard and potentially face selling restrictions and limitations.
Open cases, and closed cases that have not been resolved (where the seller is at fault), can affect a seller's performance evaluation. Your seller dashboard can show you which cases you need to resolve so that you avoid falling below standards.
Here's how you can resolve Open cases:
1. Look at which cases you have open in the Resolution Centre to see what you need to fix
2. Talk to your buyer and try to resolve the issue within the specified timeframe
To appeal a case you've lost in the Resolution Centre, see your case details and contact Customer Support to appeal this case. A case will only be removed from your evaluation under exceptional circumstances.0 -
Dont worry princess, mine is exactly the same; 'Below standard'
The nxt review of my account is October 20th so hopefully it'll go up a little and I can start selling again. Look on your seller dashboard to find out your review date.2025 Mortgage start £378K 2025 Overpayment £103 Savings Challenge 2025 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -

Rosie x
Personally i lend in all of the categories Rosie, however i did start with a small amount of money and i only lent in the least risky categories at first as well. I only ever lend in batches of £10. I have to say it is a personal choice that anyone using Zopa has to make for themselves - i am more than happy to explain how to use the site and let you know what i am doing myself but ultimately you need to decide what risk you are willing to take and what level of interest you want to accept. I can't guarantee anything obviously! Its a bit scary getting asked for advice about what risk to take :eek:Debt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

Dinah93 this is a brief explanation about Zopa i posted before:fairyclicks wrote: »Hi Rosie - i lend on Zopa as well - its an account via egg where you can lend out money to other people who have applied for a loan. I have been with them for 3 years and made just over £250 in interest. It does look quite complicated at first but great once you figure it out - i can send you some info links if you want? Its a much better option than earning next to nothing on a savings account
