I only count the voucher/money from surveys when I actually have it, not the points/amounts I am earning while waiting for cash out.

The theory is that you would use this money to pay debts/savings/bills, etc. and if you are adding it up as you go along waiting for pay out, you are not really benefiting from it?
  • Finally managed to list 60 items, some probably wont sell but hasn't cost me anything and I could be pleasantly surprised.

Im using my online saver to put my 'earnings' into. May find some roadkill in my bank account to top it up! :D

Finally getting myself organised and have put three cheap listings on ebay - didn't realise it was a free weekend as I don't remember getting the email so it's just 99p starts this time but will make time next week to sort some more and try to keep adding a few bits here and there to get some of the accumulated junk out of this flat!

a lot of people aren't getting the emails anymore. I saw someone had posted on this thread about it, checked ebay announcements and there it was. I NEVER get emails from them.

I usually do get them though, although I have tended to just clear my inbox lately after dealing with any personal ones so may have just deleted it without looking. :o

Can i join but only try for £5 a day please? I really need to start getting a bit of extra cash to try and pay off some debts and maybe try and save for a deposit on a house as they are so blooming expensive!!!!

At least I can start with som vouchers. I wrote an email to a company to complain about a product i had bought (cost me £1 and it was for my lunch). It was not as nice as it normally is so i sent them an email. Not something i normally do but yesterday I got £3 of vouchers through the post as an apology! I might just have to do it again if something irks me!!!!!

So my total is £3/£155 so far ... is that right?

Oh I keep forgetting it's October! What's with the weather?! It's thrown right off! :')

Sign me up for £5 a day please!

Not sure how well I will do this month tbh, I have nothing much to sell, and surveys have dried up, apparantly nobody wants my views as for the past week I must have failed to qualify on about 50 surveys lol

Current total I will count as £16.26/£155

This is from: £10 saved on 'first' Tesco shop, and £6.26 saved on an Iron I was going to buy anyway on tesco, but was listed at 71p :)

This month I think I'm going to start keeping a notebook keeping track of everything, especially savings on shopping etc. May have a few more things to add so will update signature tomorrow.

First day of lectures back at Uni tomorrow so I REALLY should be asleep, but instead I'm sat pondering how unfair it is that my student loan is about to come in and my landlord will take it again! ahaa

Good luck everyone this month! You're all an inspiration! :)

  • £9.61 after the Sept eCheque that was refused on ebay was paid through paypal! Phew!
Got 20 odd items up on ebay so hopefully that'll mean a few quid next week!
    £10 a day in November = £593.31 / £300
