I'm grabbing an armful of stuff during the adverts of X Factor out of the cupboard where lots of the Ebay stuff is stashed, and trying to get whatever I grab listed before the next advert break!! :D
Even if things aren't listed properly, I'm off work tomorrow so I can revise things and add photos so I can list quickly tonight and get stuff on while it's free!!!

The listing really vaguely and then revising them later is something I do all the time! I don't like to list too late, after 9:30-9:45pm ish as I feel maybe there will be less people on the computer for those last minute bids when they finish!!
A few weeks ago when I had looooooads of clothes to sell, I just did a listing for Ladies Top, in the right category, set the postage for the more expensive option (and then weighed things when I was revising them later to work out if it should have been cheaper) and set a starting price of £2, then kept doing 'Sell similar' and listing and listing!! Did about 50 over about half hour! Then the next day (and the day after in the end!!) I went through taking and uploading the photos, and writing a description. I could never have done that many in one go if I was listing properly at the time.

I do try to do listings ready and schedule them for the longest time I can in the hope there will be a Free Listing weekend sooner and I can change it to Start Immediately as and when, but I have less motivation for that!! At least once something is listed, I think Right, need to get that edited now!!

  • By reading everyone else's updates, I see that as a good motivation!

Only got 3 things listed on eBay, but very expensivey items; this is due to the heavy sports weekends we have lately!

Will be getting some extra p/t work this month and will go over the polls and surveys thing a little later. Oh and probabaly enter some competitions!
  • Congratulations everyone on such a great start to October, I feel I need all your motivation! I have managed to get a Quidco payment of £5.60 and thats all! Although I have an ebay item to post tomorrow so can update when that is done and I have listed 5 higher value items tonight so fingers crossed they sell well next weekend!

I wish I got paid over time or I had the time to find a second job to try and get myself debt free. The sooner I am debt free the sooner I can save for that all important half deposit!

Wow! Definitely get that in your bank sharpish.
Topcashback are probably pretty secure, but you never know, and I've heard so many stories over the years of sites going bust and people losing what money they had in their accounts.
I used to keep money in everything, to let it build up as I felt then I would be less likely to fritter it. But then I opened a separate basic bank account and used that to transfer cashback, survey payouts, etc into so that it can mount up in there. Much safer!! :)
