I took some stuff back my MIL had bought DD that didn't fit - and used credit note to buy food for MIL and her friend's visit! Poetic justice I thought! Right , the last 2 months I have not been taking this seriously , so here we go! Not long until Christmas. Saved £6 on shopping yesterday so put £5 on my xmas savers, its a start !

I have a feeling this is going to be a great month for money making as not only are we celebrating the challenge's birthday, but October is about the time that people start thinking about Xmas :santa2: (I know I am!) so we've got that extra motivation to keep us going
I didn't think I'd be able to add anything until mid week but I just checked my account to find that a £10 refund cleared yesterdayI bought a gift for £30 last week only to find that it was reduced to £20 three days later :mad: Luckily I hadn't given it to them by that point so I took it in for a refund and bought it again at the new price.

Well so far £160 on ebay from a buy it now item and £225 at car boot this morning. It started to rain at 7.30 am but I stuck it out and had a good morning in the end.
