  • Up and running for this month with a £22.32 sale on ebay that was just paid....am kicking myself about another one though, it was an eCheque and the guy had perfect reports, so I posted it off thinking that was all ok...but the eCheque bounced and no communication from the 'buyer'...bye bye to that money methinks
Lesson learned! Not until it's in your account/hand do you pass the stuff over!

Now to get a host of things listed again, even if that means half the day waiting for pics to upload!!!

All the best in October folks.

Hello, can I join please? :hello:

    I'll try for £5 a day. :)

Got a free bottle of Bold 2in1 detergent in the post today and from looking online I think it usually costs about £4.50, so think that's a start towards my total. Is that the way it works? :o

Not read back yet, will be good to meet you all! :D

Hi Lily :D still waiting for my bottle....

if you are going to put the £4.50 you would have spent towards a debt/bill or savings, yes, then I would include it.

Well it means I will have extra money to save this month as my shopping bill will be cheaper because of it, so think I will count it.

Good morning everyone :) Sweetpeas, Aesop and all

Also made a massive decision yesterday. I have been a stay at home mam for 20 years and I am now going to go back to work...scary but I am going to find a job. If I don't find paid work initially I will start with volunteering! Should be an interesting month.:)

Well done Queeny ... that's a big decision & I wish you luck & happy hunting

I've got the first update of the month for me ... £ 55 O/T, so off to a satisfying start.

Hi Everyone and well done on the totals so far :T

So far today i've had a nice walk to the shops in the sunshine - i'm not putting any savings down for this though as we often choose to walk instead of drive :) At the charity shop i picked myself a lovely dress up 4.99 and i will be wearing it this week and it will do for lots of other occasions too so am very pleased :D Having spent money on this though i'm not going to class it as a saving :o I actually do need some new bits for various events and am trying to get all of these 2nd hand instead of full price in the shops :)

Onto the moneymaking and i am very pleased to report that on day 1 i have made £10 :j This is from free bingo - i had a bit of money that i'd won in there already and today won enough to withdraw £10 :j

    Day 1 £10 - free bingo :D

Plans for today are:- re-list items on e-b*y and put some things on there that i've not listed before but that are at a higher value - no money straight away from this but hope to generate some sales :)

Also am going to load the car up ready for carbooting tomorrow ;) I only have a few bits - not even £10 worth i don't think but i'm helping someone else who doesn't drive so i think they will give me something if they sell lots :) - don't mean this in a bad way - i have given them some of my takings in the past when they've helped me out so think it will work the same way :)

    - can't get onto my e-mails so will check for surveys later

Just checked foe MS's and none to apply for

Need to read up on selling books on amazon - got a couple of text book type things and think this would be the best place for these to be listed to get the right price for them ;)

Back later have a good day everyone x

Spent most of the afternoon trying to wrap my brain around communication within brain cells and other neuroscience hard stuff... Eventually I gave up, emailed my tutor and went into town to pick up my library books that were available (+ score for productivity!). No spending in town even though I was offered a chocolate bar by my friend but I declined. (+ score for the diet!).

Now I'm settling down with dooyoo and I'm hoping to get about 5 reviews done :) Hoping to have at least 20000 miles by the end of the month, so I can get an Amazon voucher! Maybe a long shot as I only currently have 5000 available but I'll give it a go :p: Thing is, I run out of things to review!
