Came home and used a code (FUNKYRETURN) to get a free personalised card (including P&P) from Funky pigeon. The code is valid until midnight tonight if anyone is interested. It would have cost £1.99 but I'm going to add £1 to my total as I'm tight and I'd only usually spend £1 on a card!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you for this, its DH's dads birthday this month so just did his card for free :D I'll only add 50p for my card saving as im even tighter than you :rotfl:

    Hey Everyone,

Just had a buyer round with £2.50 for an ebay item (actually sold for £2.20 :D), which will be £2.28 after final value fees (it is still 10% right?).

Now for the big'un... Just paid for my car insurance. It was £970.37 for third party fire and theft last year. My renewal was quoted at £1100 - searched around... and around... and around... and found Fully comp for £572.85!!!!! :j:j:j
    You've gotta love Tesco! :rotfl:

Which makes a saving of £397.52!!! It's actually a bit more of a saving than I thought it would be. Hmmmm, maybe I should go for £25 a day! :rotfl:

    (£409.95/£620)
