Hello all
After scrabbling like mad to get it ready our house is currently on the market. We've had 1 viewing over the weekend but not heard any feedback as yet. House looks lovely though!
We also went to view some houses, and there is 1 in the area that we are interested in that would suit our long term needs (although it would take some work in the short term as it's a DIY disaster and also has no outside storage). Unfortunately we think it's a touch overpriced... but the EA said that the vendors are wanting very close to the asking price because they're splitting up. *sigh*
We also went on holiday back to the cottage we went to last year, and probably spent way too much but frankly if you can't splash out a bit when you're on holiday when can you?!Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.
