contract query (three)

Hi all,

I've just applied for a contract phone with 3 (Sunday 25th), and am having a few issues.

Firstly, I applied for an iPhone 4, but I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order, so thought it hadn't gone through, so I put in another order, this time for a Samsung Galaxy S2.

I got a confirmation email for the Galaxy straight away, but it said I needed to call them, which I did.

They needed a £100 deposit as my credit history isn't exactly gleaming lol, so I paid it, and they said the phone would be with me on Tuesday 27th.

Well, this morning I received another email from them confirming my original order for the iPhone 4, which said nothing about calling them, and that it would be dispatched straight away, and then 11 minutes later I received ANOTHER email from them saying that there has been a problem with their internal security check, and that they are unable to send me any product.

Now I'm confused, will this have just been an automated response what with there now being 2 active orders? Will I still get the S2 that I've paid the deposit for? Can't ring them at the moment as having issues with Sky Talk (very long story, we keep getting cut off even when bill paid in full and on time).

Any clues anyone?

Go on their website!! You can talk to one of the advisors through chat Also how long did it take for them to do the credit check? I put an order in for the HTC sensation at 12:00 today and rung someone at 13:45 and they said that my order was going through final security checks xx

Ive been on there 3 times now and they just keep telling me to ring a number which ive told them countless times that i cant at the mo:(
When i put in the order for the samsung i got a confimation email straight away that they had recieved my order then another one about 20mins later asking me to ring them as the needed a deposit.
I put the order in for the iphone before the samsung and only got an email today:(
Im a little confussed and really annoyed with the fact that i cant ring them thanx to sky being as usefull as a chocolate fireguard!!
Im hoping that the phone arrives tomorrow like i was told yesterday when i paid the doposit:) xx
