  • Spoke with We Fight Any Claim on Tuesday and frankly they confused the hell out of me. Tuesday morning we also received a letter from them saying that one of my dads credit cards will refund £380 something pounds and to send back the comfirmation if we wish to accept. When i spoke with them they have said that the £5000 is the estimated 30% fee for the £170000 they believe dad is entitled to and that once they have recieved everything from his lenders if it is less that they will refund the difference. Nice way for them to earn a bit of interest i guess whiles it sits there.

I really dont know what to do now. any advice.

Was the upfront fee taken on the initial call? If so they have broken the MOJ rules and you should log a complaint

Go by this post and speak to the MOJ forthwith, I would not even bother contacting We Fight Any Claim as to be honest if they are anything like the other Company in the group Yes Loans they will string you a merry line and you will just pay out more and more money dealing with them.

We Fight Any Claim, Have you no shame at all, discusting people.

I wouldnt bet on £17k either.

Some companies just pick random figures from thin air to entice you to pay their up front fees.
