Hi DFW, no planned spends tomorrow, although I have succumbed to a cream egg from my stash tonight, so will have to declare 50p for this
, but hopefully I should last til tomorrow evening with my £2.31.
I've just made a payment of £25 to the target CC, which includes a £2 overpayment. I'll be counting this when I join the 100 day challenge next week

I remember when creme eggs were 23.5p. Showing my age now, as half pennies went out years ago and everything is so expensive these days.
Sorry I haven't posted recently but I do read every day.
I hope you manage your NSD tomorrow, otherwise it will have to a very LSD.June 16 Mortgage Amount £82,896.15

did you manage a nsd??? I remember going to the shops on a friday afternoon after school and mum would give us 20p and we'd get at least 40 sweets for that (half penny ones) lol those were the days! I went to a shop that had 'penny' sweets in it and they were at least 2p each  i threw a right strop and refused to buy them haha. Ha ha, I remember half pences too, we must all be older than we're letting on
. For anyone watching The Chase today though, there was a question on when it was withdrawn from circulation, which was 1984, so we're all at least 28 yrs old...can confirm that I am considerably older than that
:(...but I don't feel it
:D!
Technically I didn't have a NSD today as I repaid my 2nd purse for the cream eggs (treated DS and DH too) and the p3psi - total was £1.60, so leaving me with 71p. It's all good though cos the cash is just being recycled and my SP now has over £10
.
I'm going to pay the 71p to the target CC tomorrow, will add a bit more to it to make it over a £...here beginneth the multi-mini-payments to the CC.

I'm quite a bit older than 28. :rotfl:
I do remember when I was 28. I had been married for one year then.
This year I will have been married for 22 years.
I wish I was very young again. There are so many things I would do differently. For a start I wouldn't be in this debt mess.
Oh well, it's no good dwelling on things like that.
Onward and upward and once out of debt how good it will feel. :j

, I enjoyed my whole weekend, the weather was lovely and I wasn't under any pressure to do anything or be anywhere for a change

I plucked up the courage to check all my balances today, and am pleased to say that since our LBM at the end of September we have paid £3,756.84 off the CCs plus £977.72 off the loan, a total of £4,734.56 :T. I know we still have a long way to go, but I'm very pleased with our progress.

I've just (finally
) checked my bank account for the first time this month, and it's looking reasonable, although I haven't updated my spreadsheet yet, so this *optimism* [STRIKE]might [/STRIKE]will change
.
I've done a quick calculation for the grocery budget and estimate that we have about £80 left til 30th March . On the plus side though, I have some stuff in stock, and definitely won't need to buy any cat food this month. I won't be able to update my spreadsheet til Tuesday though, so will sort out more precise figures then.
Spends yesterday were £3 to DD2 for bus fare to work, leaving me with £15.45. So far today it's been a NSDand hoping to keep it that way, although I might need to buy potatoes and/or oven chips for tonight, but that will come from the grocery budget.
I've been out for a coffee with DM this morning, but she paid :T and will be heading back out soon to drop DS' friend home (sleepover last night ).
Hope you're all enjoying some good weather, it's glorious here...the washing machine is now begging for mercy :rotfl:.
