I got a txt today whilst at work from 82500 to join The Brighton & Racquets Health Club. offering me a Free month with them.
As I have never been a member of them, nor indeed ever heard of them. I am fuming that I had to reply STOP to OPT out of it.
How they got my number is baffling enough, but to say if I dont reply to Opt out of something I never actually Opted into in the first place is outragious.
Has anybody heard of them, and is there a way to ensure something like this NEVER happens again? Furthermore, who do I complain to?
