Amazon Marketplace Seller Is A Complete Fruitcake

Unfortunately I paid with a gift certificate /voucher code balance and not a card. The amount of the gift certificate exceeded the amount of the order, so I was still able to apply the remaining funds to a separate [and sucessfully delivered!] order. But I still haven't got back the original amount of the gift certificate.

Had I paid by card I would have been in a better position but I am trying not to spend too much on cards right now!

The gift certificate balance expires 14th December. If I haven't received a refund by then (and someone on here said it could take six weeks or more from submitting the claim, which I still haven't been able to do) then I guess I am stuffed

Hurray!

Was finally able to submit my A-Z claim today. Apparently submitting a claim generates an email to the seller containing my comments. Let's see if she is as responsive as she was to my own emails!

I stated that the seller had told me she couldn't get into her account to verify my address so wouldn't be sending the book. I missed out the bit about her getting her account access back but still not sending the book and saying she was going to block all my emails. Let Amazon work it out.
