Responsibility to claim for issues with Courier

It was sold through preloved, not ebay.
Paid for using paypal though so full buyer proteciton still applies and buyer can easily win a SNAD claim if they can find a courier to return it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If the buyer was really devious they would win an INR claim as the seller probably has no tracking info. Buyers arranging carriers have a lot of possible problems unfortunately.0
