Your definition of a man does truly make me laugh.

    Moved out = Man
    Not moved out = Child

Is there nothing else which makes a man a man? of course trying to belittle others if a fine manly trait I should learn as you being the true man you are seem to do it constantly.

Anything else I need to learn or will the second I get some keys to my own place will my whole personality change?

Well the OBVIOUS answer to your questions was OBVIOUS to all, even you if you'd care to listen and learn without mummy. A real man would have stood on his own two feet 8 years before you even try to proudly claim you'll move of of mom and pops. 8 years of independent living, and ball growing more than you. And 8 years less leeching a living off of the backs of others. It's particularly shameful that this needs repeatedly spelt out to you day in day out.

Why are you always talking about balls, lay off the balls reweirdo:)

Just get your mum a bunch of flowers and ask her will she let you move back into your old bedroom / meter cupboard under the stairs.

Eww. Could never move back in. Nothing worse than hearing old people having sex.

I will say 8 years ago my income was very low as I was gaining qualifications, you know that highly unmanly thing people do to benefit there future.

I will admit I made a few mistakes along the way (yet again real men never admit they have made mistakes... do they?) to which have lead to me staying here a little longer than I would have liked, but as my parents like having me around generally and get a free holiday every year out of it.

As mentioned before what else do I need to do to become a man?
I will start the list for you.

    I have chest hair
    I can erect a tent
I can wire a plug (with a knife if needed)
    I treat people with respect
I can drive a manual car
    I watch sports
    I have a fiancee
My testis are fully developed and correct hung
I am not afraid of spiders
I can do most car maintenance
    I can put shelves up
    I have a successful career
I am paying into a pension
I automatically know which way to turn a screw
My parents have no bearing on my decisions in life
    I do charity work
    I have many good friends
I can (and do) cook for myself
I can work a washing machine and hoover

Shame all that means nothing as I haven't bought a house or enriched a landlord yet.

Out of interest what do you think of women who still live at home?

Seriously I am trying to at least understand your point of view, many people on here I don't agree with but can at least understand there reasons, but you really don't make any sense to me, sorry I don't mean that as an insult I just don't see why it bothers you so much.

Oh dear! I'm thinking of my Dad - according to your list, he's not a man.

My beloved Papa fails on at least 8 of your list!
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

It's welcome to see that circa 87% of those polled did the right and fair thing for their parents and moved out by their 25th birthday. Certainly no need to produce any silly list as an attempt to justify their decision. It's only honourable and just to leave your parents to their own time, space, and finances.

    Redbacks or funnel-webs?

I have to admit that I'm not a fan of either.

Some were thrown out by their 25th birthday for being weirdos.
