So you agree with people leaving piles and piles and I mean PILES of Toys and Electricals right by the pricechecking machine do you?

No self importance here, just dont want a good thing ruined, like the coupon using was by people who used fake and unredemable ones. They are the ones who have self importance issues and they need to think things through, as they are ruining it for themselves and me.

And if my post makes them think it through then none of us will lose out.

You could have just posted it without the increased font size and bold, but why would you, your post is clearly more important than any other in this thread eh..

For the record its fairly simple to take any item to a checkout/pharmacy and ask them to check prices for you...

  • never seen 'scanners' in any of my local stores in n.ireland. but went a visit today on the off chance of gettin a bargain, managed to pick up 3 off the thomas airports at £3 no sale stickers or anything and full price on shelf!!
just lifted them on the off chance with my grocerys and got the girl to price check them, 3 very happy nephews at xmas!
thanks and this was just a normal small tesco, all u mainland people r mega lucky to have so much choice :):)

I dont think so and if i see any one doing it I will tell them what I think.

But the people doing it ARE reading this thread, arent you.

So think before you put it on the floor by the pricechecker because next time you come to pricecheck something it may be disconnected and then you will not get the bargains we are all looking for.

I understand why it doesnt bother you floflo, as you said the pricecheckers dont work in your local anyways.

2 of my locals no longer have scanners :(
I have posted previously on other threads to politely request that if you truly MUST dump em, please do it in another aisle. NOT by the scanners. Tesco will disconnect any scanner that is making more obvious work for the staff who have the time consuming job of returning discarded items.

    :(

Not when your pricechecking over half the stock on the shelves :rotfl:

The size was just so it didnt get missed because I think it is important and i expect alot of others do to, and if they dont they will when their locals pricechecker gets disconnected.

Looks like nobody took any notice when you politely request they didnt do it, sadly :(
