O2 all rounder problem

Okay, I have tried to sign up to O2's all rounder package (broadband) via Topcashback as I am an o2 customer, but when I start to fill in the online form with my address, it says I don't have a phoneline,yet I do.

I proceed to the next stage and am told that some work needs to be done on my line for about £44, whats all that about then.

I currently have a tiscali /now talk talk broadband who have just started charging me in excess of £36 p/mnth as I have been on the 'wrong' tariff':eek: with Tisacali apparently, so need to change quickly.

If you get your Phone & Bband from Talk Talk,then your number will not show up on the BT database that O2 use as it's no longer on it,so in order to move to O2,you'll also meed to move your phoneline from Talk Talk to BT ect,called Return To Donor.And that is where the charge you mentioned comes in,it the RTD fee.
