Hi, wondering if anyone can help me. My daughter has an iPhone4 pay as you go. She has had a plan where you top up £15pm and got unlimited texts, and Internet included. This deal has just been stopped and now has limit of 3,000 texts, which she says isn't enough, how i don't know. I am not a mobile person and find it very difficult to understand mobile tariffs and deals. Does anybody know a good payg deal with unlimited texts and internet, she says she isn't worried about calls.

Also, if the phone is locked to any network except O2, it needs unlocking.

From my limited understanding, unlimited used to usually mean 3000 minutes or 3000 txts anyway.

Your understanding is wrong. In mobile communications the word 'unlimited' doesn't mean anything.

3000 texts a month isn't enough! Your daughter needs to get out see people face to face.

Can't help with tarriffs though, don't have the time to read through them on your behalf.

I know my contract with orange is unlimited texts - I was told 3000 is unlimited but if I ever did succeed in using them all up and managed to get to 5000 I wouldn't be charged for them.

They at orange would probably be too gobsmacked to add it to the bill lol.
