There's no point keeping a customer who doesn't make a company money, or who even loses a company money. More customers equals more staff to support them, more capacity needed on the network, Orange used to be really keen to keep a customer no matter what, even going as far as paying someone to stay with them, that's not the case anymore
  • Hi, How did you manage to cancel the contracts please? There was some posts [2009?] refering to changes to T&Cs etc. My daughters stuck in a v-expensive deal and lost her job, she now wants to cancel but orange only offer downgrading [not much cheaper] or £££ termination charge. ta.

Ive been on T-Mobile for the last 3 years (moved from Orange)My last phone was was a Samsung Tocco lite and I was getting 600 minutes and unlimited texts-no internet, for £30.

I suggested to them I might go for Virgins £15 deal on ann HTC desire about 2 months ago...in the end I got 300 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet with a Samsung galaxy ace...Im pying £6.50 a month now for the lot.

    It can be done:)
