I logged in today, for the first time in a couple of weeks.
My ISA account was missing and I had gained a Liquid Gold account I haven't seen for 13 years!
It seems that all my contact details have reverted to the details that are on the Liquid Gold account :eek:.
They are looking into it, they didn't seem very surprised with the call, seems there are a few issues now the Lloyds and Halifax systems have merged.
Fingers crossed they sort it asap.

They've not been merged. The data is seperate, just that halifax are now using the same software to run their banking system as Lloyds TSB.
A lot of halifax accounts are affected, so I'm sure they are aware of the problems.0 -

Something is wrong. I just logged in to BOS online and my Virus scanner picked up an alert. It did let me in though However now I get page not found now.0 -
Same here, I have just tried to log in to Halifax but just keep getting 'not found'. Thats why I came on here to see if anyone else was having the same problem.Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance....0

I've reported this to Halifax online services and they have escalated it to their online team.
They did confirm that systems were down and showed the Not Found error but they did not know about this Virus alert - shows up as PHISH/Halifax.G.
Systems are due to go down tonight at 9pm till midnight apparently.0 -
My daughter has just logged into her Halifax account ok. No problems at all.0
