Problems with Orange - online order -> store pick up
hi
I had placed an order for a mobile phone with accessories with orange over the internet. within mins of placing the order received a call from their webCS team who informed me that the payment for the mobile from my cc did not go through while i passed my credit check. I gave necessary information to get the order processed through. everythign went fine received 3 emails since then that the order along with teh accessories are ready for the arranged local store pick up.
been away on business trip for 10 days and now when i went to the store i was told that i would only be given delivery of the mobile phoen but not the accessories which formed the part of the whole order. when i ask the cs rep to give me a document stating that they could not give me accessories they deny to do it and they force me to just cancel the order altogether or accept just the mobile phoen without accessories and for which they dont provide a document.
since then spoke to less than useless cs over the phone who tell me the same.
i have got emails to prove that the accessories actually form part of the order. can orange rep here would care to help?
