Very - Annoying phone calls chasing payment

    yes, but not many which merit 4-7 calls/day.

    That combined with the fact op has gone onto a payment plan is screaming 'debt collection department'.

    I can't really see how repeated MISSED calls could be called harassing? If you are not home to hear them then is it really a big problem?

    I suspect the call is automated, if not answered then you are put to the back of the queue of outgoing calls and called again when your number gets back to the top of the list. I know if I'm trying to reach someone on a landline and don't get an answer I try again later - is what Very are doing so very different?

    As other have said if you answer one of the calls OP you may resolve the issue.
