in fairness the cashback is nothing to do with 3 so have no obligation to help you. the main issues are why won't clubmobile pay you cashback? How come the contract is nearly up yet you're only just sorting out cashback issues, most would require a claim around 3/4/6 months normally, how did that go?0

thanks for reply. i have had trouble from cashback from day one. every time i have sent recorded delivery and faxed the bills and basically badgered them into giving me money first payment was so late that it came with fight for second payment. since all the phone calls clubmobile have stopped dealing with 3 and this is where its all gotten worse. clubmobile have changed their telephone number several times and keep saying they are making the payment. i know 3 cant really do anything im just wondering why companies like clubmobile dont honour the contract.0

Are you aware that Celltalk, the owners of the Clubmobile brand, went into administration in July 2006?
Talkingshop, Celltalk's telesales company, was then purchased by the Mocom Group. Talkingshop now operate Clubmobile.
