            I'm no expert so other people will have to comment, but would it be possible for your husband to get a remortgage on his own, and change anything else, so that you're not financiallly linked anymore? Although that could mean that he would be overstretched and still wouldn't get the loan.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

            thanks guys i will go nowhere near yes loans,,, thank you all kindly it was just one that popped up when i googled, there are some others i found for folks we poor credit on that money supermarket i dunno if that means its genuine or not though... im not sure my other half would wanna remorgage on his own, he very traditional and he be thinking of agro i would go through if he died and me name not on house etc . i post a few i see bfore trying, x0

            hi again, i came back here though i have started another thread i just once again wanted to say thanks to you all who replied to me, my husband and i have thought of another option by possibly selling our endownment policy we have had and been paying for the past 16 years, we have read there are companys who would buy it.. any thoughts?0

            I don't believe anyone buys endowments anymore. Though it is possible to surrender it, though obviously losing a lot of the long term value. And you need to consider the impact on paying off the mortgage.
 The mortgage board is the place to ask. (Out the door, turn left and it's about 10 boards down.)0
