When I had problems with asda Direct, I found the problem is you are calling a call centre in South Africa. They correspond with everywhere else by email and so it's very difficult to get anywhere and is very frustrating.
Also, from personal experience, speaking to a manager didn't make a blind bit of difference.

14days isn't that long really, it took me 3months to get my issues sorted and was only resolved when I sent a letter recorded delivery to asda HO.

But try not to get to frustrated and chill, it's not worth getting het up over it.
