I placed an order for schoolwear for £36 and received an email on 5th September 2011 confirming the order and stating they had taken funds from my account which included a 2 to 3 working day delivery charge. Since then nothing! Well I say nothing, I have rung their call centre 6 times to be told initially my order would be expedited to now each time I call I'm told there is a technical problem, it is being worked on but I cannot be told when my order will be coming and "no" I can't have my money back. I wrote to ASDA head office last week but they have ignored me. I'm here 14 working days later, no further forward other than my blood pressure's going through the roof because ASDA Direct have taken my money under false pretences.
So basically DO NOT BUY FROM ASDA DIRECT as they are criminals!!!

Don't be so silly, they have done nothing 'criminal'. There is clearly a problem, but if you ask to speak to a manager and calmly explain that you would like a refund rather than waiting for them to sort the problem I am sure they will oblige.0

That was long. Ive used them before and not had any issues. Sit down and have a cup of tea.0

Since you ordered online you can cancel and get a full refund anytime upto 7 working days after receiving the goods, as per Distance Selling Regulations
Email them and cancel the order (unless they are customised sizes or something, then ignore this).0 -
I'd recommend herbal tea - I don't think the OP needs anymore caffeine!0
