I've got an ISO file that's been burnt to DVD but hasn't been done correctly. Is there any way to use/get the file off the DVD & burn it again using ISO Recorder?
I'm trying to avoid downloading it again if I can as its a massive file, took quite awhile & my ISP will go nuts!

Do you mean that you've just burnt it on as a data file, i.e. you open the CD, and see the .ISO file sitting there?
If so, just right click on the file, select copy, then paste it somewhere easy, e.g. your desktop.
Alternatively you could see if the original ISO file is recoverable using something like Piriform Recuva:

He used Nero to burn it & yes I'm pretty sure he did it as a data disc, yes the .ISO file is just sitting there so it should just be a matter of copy & paste & then re-burn using ISO Recorder?0 -
Bro-in-Law did it for me whilst visiting & on his laptop, I've since told him how to burn it again properly & have asked him to post it to me but 2 weeks later I'm still waiting!

Yes, copy the .iso to your HDD, then choose "Copy Image to CD/DVD"
If ISO Recorder is no good, use ImgBurn(Don't install the Google Toolbar) instead.0 -
Just been using a PC computer at a friend's house. Went to write an email and the writing was really difficult.
Pressed keys and it would take a few seconds for the letters to appear on the monitor screen. Spacebar took seconds to respond too.
Would you think it is an keyboard that has come to the end of its life??
Or could it possibly be a virus???
Or just a sluggish computer??? Wish I could speed it up.
It does take a few moments to open new windows ( well longer than I am used to).
Suggestions will be gratefully accepted.
PS keyboard plugged into USB and no battery.

if you can recover it from the cd you have it on, use nero to Burn Image to Disk, that should sort you out
oops, just re-read, it's b-i-l that has nero...soz......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
To make things easier...
If you installed "Winrar" you could open the ISO like a zip file and access/extract the contents without having to burn it again.Laters
