Anybody know how to get the phone numbers from a phone onto a computer. It's for a friend, I have a cable that connects the phone to the computer to an LPT port.
I have seen this done a few years ago, where all the info was downloaded to Outlook, but I have not been able to get the computer to pick up/recognise the phone.
The phone screen is knackered BTW, only the top half can be seen, not sure how on this phone, to copy numbers onto a sim card, from the phone to change them over that way, and obviuosly can't see the screen to navigate around this way

Nokia PC Suite will do the job, but is a little flaky in my limited experience of trialling it so I wouldn't want to rely 100%
Oxygen Phone Manager - now that is decent software that is well worth paying for but also has a free version I believe. You could also investigate LogoManager.
