They are upholding your claim. Just sit back. If the bank are paying back the money with interest there is nothing to worry about!

What I dont understand is as you are still a customer with them how come they are not paying it straight into your account????

Mine went on for a year and I received a letter from them last friday with the figures and the money was credited to my account that same day

Was this with Barclays please? Just wondering as I can't see anywhere that claims from Barclays have been paid out. Trying to work out how long it is actually taking.... 40 working days is a long time. Also, the letter from Barclays says the redress is an estimate....painful. I am going to write to the FOS I think.
