    I can't help thinking that Oldham can't be used as a representative example of the housing market - it's the only UK town where s**thole is it's most commonly associated adjective.

    I will agree its not representative of the housing market as a whole, still good news for us who are happy to live there and want to buy.

    Hmmm, I'm sure West Brom was alsolabled as a sh*thole in these forums.
