I phoned them yesterday about changing as had been on the old premium package for years ( whenever I compared to other providers with my discount they were always cheaper. I was paying £13 a month with old router, changed to all rounder, and took the pay half price deal for a year and new router all ready on its way, which should speed me up more, as my line can only give 15mb but as I am as far away from exchange as possible I rarely get 12mb. They told me to make a note in my diary to call them anytime after 26th August next year to see what they can offer me for the next 12 months, she also said they would flag my account to call me then as well, but will not count on that. So now going to be paying less than half what I was paying, I am very happy with that.

I phoned up to upgrade and then just to be cheeky asked if I could stay on the Legacy contract and still get the 6 months free, she asked me if I was feeling lucky then said she would do that so still on the Legacy tariff with no caps etc and get the 6 months free so well happy with that!!
