Yeah, my heel slips in both Emu and Just Sheepskin. They don't in Uggs though.
Think it's because Uggs are more of a narrow boot than the others.
The heel slipping doesn't bother me though as I find them more comfortable to wear than Uggs. You just get used to not wearing a restrictive type of shoe/boot. :)

Thanks, glad its not just me! (Though sorry you have the same issue ). Want to get used to it but IMO with sheepskin, the one thing you can be sure of is it will stretch/give. I can foresee myself slurping my feet as I walk and really not OK with that.

Have seen some Uggs I can spend my Amazon vouchers with on Amazon's main site but sad b/c I really wanted to like these, they look seriously HUGE and marshmellow like! Seem so cosy if it weren't for the heel thing. Its a shame someone hasn't invented something to get around this, there must be so many people with this issue because I was always told I had broad feet!

Can you tell me what suede protector you use please? Does it make it more water resistant too?

Just the cheapish spray one from asda, red and blue tin. Stingers should be naturally water resistant but I have always used the protector to help and to prevent staining - so good so far.

Did anyone who got the stingers find that the heel is wearing down quickly? I've not had them long and the back heel sole has already gone through the EMU writing..
