Hi! I did - we had terrible snow last year and I only had my wellies and socks - which were slippy on the ice, and my feet were frozen. The reviews persuaded me and I'm going to look after them so they last! Saw lots of boots offers earlier this year on here and passed on them but we are predicted snow in northumberland next month.£216 saved 24 October 20140 -
I love Emu and have a few pairs, if you buy the stingers (which the ones in this post are) they are naturally water resistant - I still give them a light spray with a suede protector though. Mine have never let damp, water or snow through and they stay looking nice.
I bought my daughter a pair the end of last week with this offer, the indigo ones, I wouldn't have paid £100 plus for her with her feet still growing but as there was this code and I had amazon vouchers I treated her to a pair.
I have Uggs too but prefer Emus. I don't go a size down nor my daughter I buy my actual size and they have been fine for me.0 -
My daughter got some last christmas I don't know what she did but they have bad water marks - anyone any idea how to get rid of these? My pair are now well worn cause i have lived in them for 2 years!0

My daughter tipped a whole bottle of mouthwash over hers last year but it washed out and never left a mark and hers were light pink. Have you tried giving them a surface wash?0 -
I have tried a wipe over and a sponge but wasn't sure what to use on them - i even thought about bunging them in the washer cause she wont wear them anyway as they are!0

Thank you, I thought about it for 2 days and decided to place the order. Been wanting a lo pair, as I find the high ones can be too warm.
If anyone is desperate for the EMU Angel, it is £79.99 on Amazon, as far as I can tell only in mushroom colour.0 -

We didn't use any detergent to clean off the mouthwash (which was a lovely blue colour - little mare had only got them that day and instead of putting them away when she went to get ready for bed she put them on) we just liberally rinsed the outsides off and then rubbed them with a tea towel and left them to dry. We couldn't believe it when they dried out, they were like new.
Were they stingers your daughter had? They have the Bronte as well which look like Stingers but aren't as good quality.0 -
yeah they were lo stingers in grey, thanks for tips0
