Started Vodafone contract today..

I started my Vodafone contract today and I've been trying to set up online billing, trouble is I don't have my account number or pin to complete the registration so what can I do? Is there anyone I can contact in order to get my account number emailed to me?

    your billing account number (this can be found at the top of your phone bill)
    Either wait for the first paper bill or try calling 191

    Assuming that you are paying by DD, your Voda account number will be shown on the paper confirmation of DD that they send out, or at least that was the case a couple of years ago. Good luck with their online account management (if they haven't improved it since I left - it was a complete disaster to be honest) and good luck with Vodafone in general (see signature :p)

    Edit: advance warning that you might have an issue setting up your online access since you've started the registration process but didn't complete it. I've seen this reported several times on the Voda eForum and you may need to get in touch with either 191 or their web team to have them reset things.     Not had any real issues with Vodafone.. In fact since joining them i've got better coverage now.
