Orange Care question?

Hello there

I have a Blackberry Torch and i'm on my third phone in a month (broken charger port/charging issues) and i'm thinking of selling it and buying a new phone. Would I be able to transfer my Orange Care insurance to the new phone that I am buying. Also the could the phone be second hand?

Orange care is none transferable. It covers the phone they supply you with at the time you start the contract and not anything else.

Your best bet (if you sell the BB) is to just cancel it.

Don't quote me on it, but i'm sure you can take out orange care with the new phone providing you have a proper purchase receipt. I got brand new one off ebay years ago and they wouldn't let me insure it as I didn't have a proper receipt. Best bet is to ring and ask them, they won't be bothered..

also i didnt realise they were this unreliable!! im about to get my fourth replacement torch... and i dont have insurance, the warranty that comes with the phone covers all faults.
