Someone hit me today - do I need to tell my insurance co if I go to the police?

  • Thanks SG - I asked on the insurance thread and someone else has said that the other bloke might go home and report me so I should tell the insurance company to cover myself as otherwise it would make me look guilty.

    He certainly did not get my plate .


    if he didn't get your plate he'll have a bit of a struggle reporting you.

    report for information only OP and get a qoute from a bodyshop. If you mention insurance to bodyshops they jack the price up loads:eek:
