free graze snack box

Beware this... I fell for it last time. OK the box is free. It would be worth about £1 if you bought the various little bits! BUT having got my first box after about an hour of selections that you have to make, I then 2 days later received another box. This time of course not free! I was furious and sent a furious email saying it is a huge scam etc. They didn't send any more.Nevertheless they charged me £3.50 for the unsolicited one. Be very wary. I don't think it is remotely worth all the time selecting what you'll get, and it seems they then just start sending you regular deliveries that you'll be DDd for. Also the packaging tho' cute must deforest most of South America....

  • The site does clearly say that you will continue to receive the boxes afterwards. I used this freebie a while back, got my free box and cancelled. I loved my box, and have since ordered more from them and would recommend them to anyone!
  • It says quite clearly you will keep receiving them and be charged you need to read the terms and condition before you hit the button and order

This can be simply avoided by moving the next delivery date to a couple of weeks, and the day you receive your free sample you cancel the order and remove your card details. Easy peasy, plus it takes about 10-15mins to select or you can just get random stuff. Personally I just went for anything with chocolate on :)

  • Also, please can you let us all know where you can find stuff of an equal quality to that which graze supply for £1?

I've never had any problems with the service from graze. They do exactly what you ask them to do, you just have to remember to update your preferences etc.
  • how is it a scam that you completely ignored all the terms and conditions for the offer and the service???

I really wish people would think a little bit about the meaning of the word 'scam' before bandying it about!
Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!
