OK so i have already posted about this item as it took the seller an age to get it out to me claiming she had been ill.anyway she sent the item yesterday have recieved this morn, item stinks, covered in bits of food and numerous stains all over, also the white stripes that are on the top are not white there an off white like dirty.i have messaged the seller and she replied 'it wasnt when i sent it!'

nothing else other than that,i replied straight away but have not got an answer back.she states no returns so am guessing she thinks she can get away with it.should i message and ask for a refund and if she refuses open a case or just open a case anyway.??

this woman ignored 2 previous messages that was sent days before the auction aswell but i took the chance and bid,no wonder she states no returns i wouldnt give the top to a tramp let alone my daughter

  • As you've had trouble with her responding before I would be tempted to send her a message, perhaps asking for a return and refund as you are not happy and ask her to respond by a particular day, stating that if you don't hear from her you will open a case with eBay for being not as described.

At least then she knows you won't just be fobbed off...
:hello: Saving for that rainy day!

What a rotten seller. You have already contacted her so open a not as described case. You'll have to return the item at your own expense by tracked post to receive your refund of the original price and the original postage.
Writing 'no returns' is meaningless when it comes to eBay buyer protection.
    Good Luck

Personally I wouldnt bother messaging again as by her answer she isnt going to offer a refund. Id just open a paypal dispute.

Thank you have just opened a case,it didnt cost alot but its the fact its minging, better off in the bin.my eldest daughter has exactly the same top so i know what sort of condition it should be in.so annoyed cannot believe she tried to tell me it wasnt like it when she sent it:rotfl:

What sort of feedback do u think should be left once this is resolved? bearing in mind her lack of communication before the sale and now and the condition of the item and the lengh of time it took to send out the item?

Yep open a paypl dispute right away, the dirty Cow has no intention of refunding you and knows exactly what she's upto!! name an shame her in fact so we can all stay well clear!! Ive just had to return a faulty lamp that i recieved on ebay and the seller was amazing, he even refunded me my return postage costs which i wasnt expecting! Sadly some disgusting thieving dishonest sellers ruin it for the good sellers like the lovely Gent i have just dealt with!

I would leave her terrible feedback, even add a bit on seeing as tho she has been dishonest, such as "#dirty disgusting seller, top smelt of cat urine and had poo stains on it!! That should put people off buying from her!!

In this case a negative would warn other potential buyers about this cr*p seller who deliberately sells a dirty smelly top fit only for the bin and says it wasn't like that when I sent it!
