Ive not heard from the seller still and the case is still open,have a feeling this is going to drag on till the case is closed then will be handed over to ebay customer service.0

In my eyes it adds more weight to the thought that she was probably lying about being ill in the first place! Let the case run its course and then leave a big fat negative and mark down on the relevant stars (item as described, communication at least). Sellers like this shouldn't be allowed on ebay!0
