A PAC number should be given to your new mobile provider, and that will activate it. It allows you to change networks, but keep your mobile number.

if you wish to no longer use that number/account, then ask your current provider to cancel your account.

the PAC number is only needed if your moving networks

if you don't need to transfer your number, just ignore the PAC code.

Be careful as if this was a number transfer from an Orange Contract it will only be valid for 30 days and if not used your contract will continue.
