Changing my ISP

I am moving from BT to Plusnet and will have a new e mail address. Is there any way I can save all my contacts for e mails ,web browsing sites etc?
I am not at all techy minded. thanks to all who reply.

    Not quite sure what you mean, when you change ISP you do not lose all your contacts or websites.
