The T&C are well hidden, as I discovered also.

In February the ASA found in my favour against TR that the T&C regarding Credit Card payments were not available on the web page when agreeing the purchase. They were told to change the web site to show all charges, have they done anything about it? Like hell they have!

As I understand it, there's nothing fundamentally wrong in charging for a debit card transaction ... as long as the charge is made clear before purchase.
