missing exclusive character from Gears of war 3

hi my son bought G. O. W. 3 from Game purely 'cos it had an exclusive downloadable character. No code was supplied and they are not answering their phones. I have been on their review page and someone else also states they never got theirs. Seems to be more than an isolated issue !!!! so are we entitled to our money back…
