hi my son bought G. O. W. 3 from Game purely 'cos it had an exclusive downloadable character. No code was supplied and they are not answering their phones. I have been on their review page and someone else also states they never got theirs. Seems to be more than an isolated issue !!!! so are we entitled to our money back as other companies are offering insentives to buy from them, and we feel conned!
you can go into the store with your receipt and they have the online codes. they have so many problems with none delivery etc. they have turened off their customer service phone connections so the shop staff can get through, according to the shop manager i spoke to.

Did you pay extra for this version with the downloadable content? If so yes, I would take it back, with the reciept and ask the store for a refund as it has been supplied to you incomplete??
Then buy the slightly cheaper normal version. Better still forget GOW and wait until Battlefield 3 comes out!0 -
The codes could be sent by email, you or i should say has he checked his email0

When did you buy the game, OP? And was this an online purchase or from the shop?"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

We bought it from Game online, on their forum some have received emails with the code, so far nothing on mine, its my sons game. we paid 39.99 which is the same as others, but he wanted the exclusive character. Have to wait an see if an email comes.0

If you bought online and it was less than 7 days ago, you can reject under the DSR, get a full refund and take your chances elsewhere."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

I'm sure you have, but i'll suggest it anyway... Have you checked your junk email folder to see if its been filtered as a spam email? Also has he registered the game? He probably needed to register it or something giving his details, email etc.. in order to get it?0 -

Not necessarily I'm afraid (thought you'd know that!)
Under the exemptions
"audio or video recordings or computer software that the customer
has unsealed"One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
Ah but this would fall under SOGA under "not as described".0
