    I know that, but average waiting time for a council property band 4 (lowest band) round here is only 6 month

    They are.
    It's a fact of life.

    If you want non-judgemental then probably just ask your dad.

    If you've had long term depression, have tried moving out and gave up, do you really think you are ready to do it again.
  • if i was you i'd stay where you are. I moved out for 5 years for uni and have now moved back home to save up for a home as its cheap living here so most of my money can be saved ready for a deposit in the long term. 19 is young to be renting your own place on your own imho, as i always shared a house with others to share the bills as bills can work out at least 40 quid a week on your own (electric/gas (a grand a year - 20 quid a week) /water (400 a year roughly, 8 quid a week) /council tax (1000 a year, 20 a week) /internet (200 a year, 4 quid a week) /phone (150 a year, 3 quid a week), if you save that grand along with the 3 grand you would pay in renting until your 25 (seems a looooong way off, but time goes quick) you'll have 24,000 in savings, prob 25,000 including interest even before saving some of your wages.
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:
